Bagel with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon
- 1 bagel
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 slice smoked salmon
- 1 tablespoon red caviar(optional)
- Cut the bagel horizontally,through the center,sandwich fashion.
- Toast each bagel half on the cut side.
- Spread each half with equal amount of cream cheese.
- Place smoked salmon over cream cheese.
- Top with remaining cheese smeared bagel half and enjoy!
