Grilled Peach-Slathered Chicken Wings

  1. In a food processor,combine garlic and ginger and process until finely chopped.
  2. Add peaches,soy sauce and red pepper flakes and process until smooth.
  3. Set peach mixture aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F(180°C).
  5. Pat dry chicken wings with paper towel.Season with salt.
  6. Cook on preheated grill,basting with peach sauce and turning occasionally,until well browned.
  7. Serve hot with remaining peach sauce.
