Bacon Wrapped Tilapia

    Bacon wrapped tilapia.Tilapia fillets with bacon baked in oven.Delicious!

    Ingredients

    • 4 tilapia fillets cut into halves
    • 3 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
    • 8 strips of smoked bacon
    • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

    Method

    Step 1

    In a small mixing bowl,combine minced garlic,lemon juice and seasoning. Mix well and set aside.

    Step 2

    Rub tilapia fillets with garlic mixture and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Wrap each fish fillet with bacon slice.

    Step 3

    Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

    Step 4

    Preheat oven to 375°F(180°C). Bake bacon wrapped tilapia for 15-20 minutes.

      Am I missing something? There is no ingredient list given, and I’m not sure what ‘seasoning’ is being called for in the directions?
