Bagel with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon

Bagel with cream cheese and salmon.This is wonderful sandwich with smoked salmon,cream cheese,red onion and capers.

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 1 thin slice smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers

Method

Step 1

Cut the bagel horizontally,through the center,sandwich fashion.

Step 2

Toast each bagel half on the cut side. Spread each half with equal amount of cream cheese. Top one cheese-smeared half with red onion slice.

Step 3

Leave smoked salmon slice whole but cover onion slice with half of it. Top with capers and serve.
