  • 5 oz (150 ml) blueberry nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 ripe banana, chilled
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, chilled
  • 5 ice cubes

Method

Step 1

In a large microwavable bowl, combine 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/4 cup quick oats. Mix well and microwave for 2Β½ minutes.
