Berry daiquiri. Rum based mixed drink with three kind of berries. Use cocktail glass for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 g) fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Scales Cocktail Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
  • 4 cups (1000 g) cubed ice
  • 1 cup (250 ml) white rum

Method

Step 1

In a blender, combine fresh berries and Scales Cocktail Strawberry Daiquiri Mix. Blend well and strain into the bowl.

Step 2

Add strained mixture back to blender with cubed ice and rum. Blend well again.

Step 3

Strain into cocktail glasses. Garnish with a fresh strawberries and serve.
