Caesar salad with cheese.Popular Greek salad with with lettuce and cheese.very easy and healthy!
- 2 garlic cloves,peeled and minced
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 pieces of white bread
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 boiled eggs
- bunch of lettuce
- dash seasoning,to taste
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Put the garlic in olive oil and leave for 3-4 hours. After that, drain the oil into a bowl.
Cut bread into 5 mm cubes and fry in 4 tablespoons of garlic butter until golden brown. Dry out on paper kitchen towels.
Combine the remaining oil with the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Tear lettuce into pieces and place in salad bowl. Pour the prepared dressing and mix well.
On top lay eggs, scraping from shell a protein and mix to the egg is united with the dressing. Add cheese and croutons, before submitting a mix once again.
