Cafe Brulot.for coffee lovers.An excellent coffee with brandy and vanilla bean.Delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (240 g) brandy
  • 2 cups(500 ml) boiling coffee
  • 2 sugar cubes
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 vanilla bean,chopped
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

Step 1

In a small wide bowl,combine brandy,1 sugar cube,cloves and vanilla.

Step 2

Toss in cinnamon stick and slices of orange and lemon. Stir well.

Step 3

Pour brandy mixture in the coffee.

Step 4

Dunk the remaining sugar cube in brandy and place the cube on a spoon. Ignite it and dip the spoon into the bowl,igniting the punch.

Step 5

Serve coffee hot.
