Caviar stuffed potato. Boiled potatoes stuffed with cream and black caviar. Very delicious appetizer!
- 1 pound (480 g) potatoes
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 4 tablespoons black caviar
Put potatoes in a saucepan with fresh water to cover. Bring to a boil,reduce the heat,and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
Cut cool potatoes into halves. With the small end of melon-ball scoop,remove the center,leaving 1/4-inch(6 mm) of potato attached to the skin. Fill each potato half with sour cream and top with 1/2 teaspoon of black caviar.
Serve caviar stuffed potatoes at room temperature.
