French-Fried oysters recipe.This delicious oysters recipe belongs to French cuisine.Very easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • cooking oil for deep frying
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 quart (1 kg) shucked oysters
  • all-purpose flour
  • cracker crumbs

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil to 380°F(190°C).

Step 2

Beat the eggs lightly and add the cream,salt and pepper to taste. Dredge the oysters individually in flour,dip in the egg and roll in crumbs.

Step 3

Fry the oysters until golden brown,approximately 2 minutes. Drain on paper toweling and sprinkle with additional salt and pepper. Serve fried oysters with the horseradish cream and salsa.
