Fried Chicken Wings in Soy Sauce

Fired chicken wings in soy sauce.Marinated chicken wings fried in skillet.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g) chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • olive oil
  • 2 large eggs,beaten
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl,combine chicken wings and soy sauce. Mix well,set aside and let marinate for 15-20 minutes,turning once.

Step 2

Add tomato paste,stir and set aside for another 30 minutes. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly. Drain chicken wings,reserving marinade.

Step 3

In nonstick skillet,heat olive oil over low heat. Add chicken wings and fry on both sides until golden. Remove fried chicken wings from heat.

Step 4

Pour over reserved marinade and serve immediately.
