Easy Island Wedge Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) dark rum
  • 5 oz (150 ml) Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 5 oz (150 ml) simple syrup
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 4 fresh pineapple chunks
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • Club Soda

Method

Step 1

In a cocktail glass, muddle mint leaves and pineapple chunks. Add remaining ingredients, except Club Soda. Top with cubed ice.

Step 2

Pour over chilled Club Soda and serve.
