- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 pounds (960 g) salmon fillet,skinned
In a small mixing bowl,combine Dijon mustard,soy sauce and maple syrup. Stir well and set aside.
Arrange salmon fillets on an aluminum foil-and parchment lined baking sheet. Spoon maple glaze over fish.
Preheat convection oven to 400 F (200 C). bake salmon until flesh just flakes easily with a fork.
Serve maple-glazed salmon with lemon wedges.
