Marinated shrimp can be served as an hors d’oeuvre or as a light meal. I’d like to guide you through the process of making and serving marinated shrimp appetizers. Whether you are a seasoned cook or a beginner, this dish is easy to prepare and will leave your taste buds wanting more.

Β Ingredients and Preparation: How to Make Marinated Shrimp

To make a delicious marinated shrimp, you will need the following ingredients:
– 1 pound of medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 cup of olive oil
– 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
– 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

To prepare the marinade, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

After marinating, remove the shrimp from the bowl and discard any excess marinade. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Once the shrimp is cooked, transfer it to a serving platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. You can serve this appetizer immediately or refrigerate it until ready to serve.
