Oven baked breaded chicken cutlets recipe.Breaded chicken breasts with spices baked in an oven.Very easy and delicious chicken cutlet recipe.You can prepare breaded chicken cutlets in slow or pressure cooker.
To cook it in the slow cooker, breasts, you need to use the following ingredients:
4 skinless and boneless breasts, 2 large eggs, beaten, 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup each: salt,
freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, 1 bottle (330 ml) Italian dressing
Lightly grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.Place beaten egg in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, and spices. Mix well. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Top with dressing.Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-9 hours or on high-heat setting for 3-4 hours.
Turn off slow cooker. Using tongs, remove breaded chicken cutlets from slow cooker and transfer to serving platter. Serve hot with cooked spaghetti or mashed potatoes.
Oven Baked Breaded Chicken Cutlets Recipe
- 8 skinless chicken cutlets
- 3 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 2 cups (500 ml) buttermilk
Preheat an oven to 400 F (200 C).
In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour buttermilk into a second shallow bowl.
Dredge chicken in buttermilk then in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken pieces in a large baking pan and generously spray.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until done.
