Oven baked fish patties recipe. This recipe is very simple and delicious. Serve fish cakes with spinach salad and tartar sauce. Here is another way to make a patties-oven fried salmon cakes. I”m whipping together these delicious salmon patties in a few minutes and keeping them low in fat by baking instead of frying them. They would make a nice brunch, luncheon, or buffet offering.

Preparation tip: Fish patties can be prepared ahead for baking, or they can be baked ahead and reheated, covered, in the oven or in the microwave before serving.
