- 3²⁄³ oz (110 g) white sugar
- 3²⁄³ oz ( 110 g) butter
- 2 large eggs,beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon coffee essence
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 6 oz (180 g) self-raising flour,sifted
- 5 oz (150 g) icing sugar
In a mixing bowl,combine white sugar and butter. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs,milk,coffee essence and cocoa. Mix well.
Add the flour and fold in until evenly combined. Grease baking sheet with cooking spray. Place mixture in a greased baking sheet. Set turbo oven temperature to 356°F (180°C).
Place on the low grilling rack and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Meanwhile,mix the icing sugar and a few drops of water until form an icing paste. Once oven baked mocha cake cooled,cover with white icing mixture and finish with a drizzle of dark chocolate.
