Fried pork chops with orange molasses marinade.Skillet fried marinated pork chops.Very delicious!
- 2 pounds (960 g) pork chops
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients,except pork chops and vegetable oil. Stir well to combine and place marinade in a bag.
Add pork chops,seal tightly and refrigerate for,at least,2 hours.
In a large nonstick skillet,heat vegetable oil. Add marinated pork chops and fry until cooked through and marinade has reduced to a thick sauce(about 7 minutes on each side).
Serve fried pork chops hot with orange slices!
