Slow Cooker Cherry Rice Pudding

Slow cooker cherry pudding.Very delicious and easy dessert cooked in slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 2 teaspoons almon extract
  • 14 oz (420 ml) can nonfat sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz (360 ml) can evaporated skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon granuated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

Step 1

Combine rice,dried cherries,almond extract,sweetened milk and skim milk in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 3-4 hours until liquid is absorbed. Stir pudding well.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl,combine ground cinnamon and sugar. Mix well and sprinkle over pudding.
