Slow Cooker Parmesan Bread

Slow cooker Parmesan bread. Italian bread slices with Parmesan cheese and margarine cooked in slow cooker.Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 small loaf Italian bread,sliced
  • 6 tablespoons margarine,room temperature
  • 1/3 cup (80 g) grated Parmesan cheese

Method

Step 1

Cut Italian bread into 6-8 slices,cutting to but not through bottom of loaf.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl,combine Parmesan cheese and margarine. Stir well and set aside.

Step 3

Spread both sides of bread slices with Parmesan mixture.

Step 4

Wrap loaf in aluminum foil and place in slow cooker.

Step 5

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 2 hours.
