Smoked Salmon and Avocado Sandwiches

Smoked salmon and avocado sandwiches.Sandwich with avocado,egg and smoked salmon.Delicious appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado,peeled,pitted and mashed
  • freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 eggs,beaten
  • smoked salmon,sliced into 4 strips
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Brush both sides of white bread with olive oil. Toast oiled bread slices until golden brown.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl,combine mashed avocado with a few squeezes of lime juice. Stir well and set aside.

Step 3

In a nonstick skillet,scramble beaten eggs over medium heat until they are just set.

Step 4

Spread avocado mixture over each toasted slice of bread. Top with eggs and salmon slice. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

Step 5

Serve immediately.

    Have made your slow cooker pork chops with mushroom gravy recipe and loved it. I cannot seem to find the recipe on your site anymore! Instructions are found but not the list of ingrediets! Please help…would love to make them again!

      8 boneless pork chops
      4 large apples,peeled,cored and sliced
      2 onions,peeled and sliced
      2 10¾-oz(320 ml each) cans low-fat cream of mushroom soup
      1/2 cup fresh,cold water
      1 tablespoon brown sugar
      1 tablespoon steak sauce
