- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves,peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red chili flakes
- freshly squeezed lemon juice of 4 lemons(retain the lemon halves)
Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish.
Combine the garlic and red chili flakes.Mix well. Sprinkle garlic mixture over chicken. Pour lemon juice over chicken and leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature. Spread retained lemon halves over the top of marinated chicken.
Place the casserole on the lower rack of turbo oven. Cover and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 25-20 minutes. Serve spicy chicken breasts with couscous and vegetables
