Tiramisu dessert. Very tasty Italian dessert.Ready in 20 minutes!
- 6 eggs,separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pound (480 g) mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) strongly brewed President's blend Espresso Coffee
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) coffee-flavored liqueur(Kahlua)
- 24 Italian-style ladyfingers(Savoiardo)
- unsweetened cocoa powder
In a mixer,combine egg yolks and granulated sugar. Beat until thick and lemon colored.
Add mascarpone cheese and beat until thick and smooth.
In mixing bowl,beat egg whites until soft pick form. Fold into mascarpone mixture.
In another mixing bowl,combine espresso coffee and Kahlua liqueur. Mix well and briefly dip half the ladyfingers into coffee mixture.
Arrange in single layer in glass serving bowl. Cover with half of mascarpone mixture.
Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture. Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. Serve Tiramisu dessert cold.
