- 2 croissants,halved horizontally
- 3 oz (90g) Brie cheese,thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup caramelized onions
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Spread an equal amounts of brie cheese,caramelized onions and thyme on bottom half of croissant. Top with reaming half of croissant. Arrange on baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C). Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and surface of croissant is golden brown,for about 10 minutes.
Remove baked croissants from the oven. Transfer to cutting board. Cut each croissant into thirds. Serve hot.
