Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 garlic clove,pressed
- 12 oysters on the half shell
- paprika
Method
Step 1
Preheat broiler.
Step 2
Melt butter,using small sauce pan. Stir in breadcrumbs,wine,oregano and garlic. Mix gently. Spread mixture over oysters.
Step 3
Arrange on baking sheet and cook 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle broiled oysters with paprika. Serve hot.
