Air fryer Mongolian chicken recipe. Mongolian chicken is a healthy and delicious recipe that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. This one-pot dish is also low-calorie and gluten-free.

It’s easy to make in an air fryer, which makes it one of the most convenient cooking methods to date.

What kind of food can be cooked in an air fryer?

Air fryers use a high-speed fan to circulate heated air around the food, cooking it quickly and evenly. They have been popular in recent years because of their versatility and speed.

While some recipes require a deep fryer, air fryers can be used for lower-fat cooking. For example, you can cook a potato in an air fryer instead of deep frying chicken wings.

This is just one example of the many ways that you can cook with an air fryer.

How does an air fryer cook Mongolian chicken?

While traditional Mongolian chicken is fried in oil, it can be cooked in an air fryer by placing the cut-up pieces of chicken on a wire rack and cooking it for about 12 minutes in a basket, then serving with yummy homemade sauce.

Would you recommend using boneless, skinless chicken thighs for this recipe?

Since there is no bone in the chicken thighs, they cook more quickly and are easier to eat. They also have a lower fat content than the breasts.
