Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz 9180 ml) each)) cans wild salmon, drained
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • avocado oil

Method

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except avocado oil. Mix well with your hands (do not overmix)

Step 2

Grease the air fryer basket with avocado oil. Form the salmon mixture into 3 evenly sized patties, then place them in the greased basket.

Step 3

Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 12-14 minutes, or until lightly brown.

Step 4

Remove fried salmon patties from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
