Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 350 F (175 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut about 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) around the top of the apple, then spoon out some of the flesh, leaving a 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) border.

Step 3

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture into the cavity of the apple. Transfer stuffed apple into the small oven-safe dish. Pour in 1/4 cup (60 ml) water.

Step 5
