- 24 shrimp.peeled and deveined
- 12 strips bacon,cut into halves
- 12 oz (360 ml) light beer
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
In a mixing bowl,combine barbecue sauce and beer. Mix well and set aside.
Pat dry shrimp with paper towel. Wrap with half slice of bacon per shrimp. Brush the shrimp with the BBQ sauce mixture.
Preheat oven broiler to 425°F(220°C). Cook on preheated broiler on the top shelf until golden brown. Serve bacon wrapped shrimp hot.
