Blueberry-cranberry smoothie. Very simple and easy nonalcoholic mixed drink. Healthy and delicious smoothie! You may also like Mango-Strawberry Smoothie, another yummy drink.
- 1 cup(250 g) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup(250 ml) cranberry juice
- 2 large eggs, beaten
In a blender, combine blueberries and beaten eggs. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into cocktail glasses. Pour cranberry juice over.
Garnish blueberry-cranberry smoothie with a few fresh blueberries and sprig of mint.
