Chocolate mint coffee. Very tasty coffee recipe.
- whole bean coffee
- 2 tablespoons mint flavoring
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
In a small mixing bowl, blend coffee beans and mint.
Set oven temperature to 200°F (93°C).
Place coffee mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Grind to specifications of coffee maker.
In a medium mixing bowl, blend ground coffee and cocoa powder. To brew chocolate mint coffee: use 1 tablespoon coffee for each 5 oz (150 g) cup of water used.
