Black Shadow Cocktail Recipe

Very delicious combination of bourbon, Chambord liqueur, Gomme syrup, fresh blackberries, and lemon juice.

Ingredients: 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) bourbon, 2/3 oz (20 ml) Chambord liqueur (French raspberry liqueur), 4-5 fresh blackberries, 1/3 oz (10 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice, dash Gomme syrup


Instructions: In a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Enjoy!

Bourbon Pressure Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients: 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) bourbon, 1 teaspoon orange marmalade, dash Peychaud bitters (very similar to Angostura bitters, but with a predominant anise aroma combined with a background of mint)

Instructions: In a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Serve immediately!

Classic Mint Julep Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1²⁄³ oz (50 ml) bourbon
  • bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cold water
  • Club Soda


Method

Step 1

Place fresh mint leaves in an old-fashioned glass. Add caster sugar and cold water. Muddle until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2

Add bourbon and fill the glass with cubed ice. Garnish mint julep with a sprig of mint.
