Ham wrapped scallops. Very easy delicious scallops grilled over gas grill.

Ingredients

  • 24 scallops,without corals
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 12 slices Parma ham,cut into log strips
  • olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • lemon wedges,to serve

Method

Step 1

Preheat the gas grill. Sprinkle the scallops with freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Step 2

Wrap one strip of ham around each scallop. Thread them onto 8 metal skewers. Lightly brush with olive oil

Step 3

Arrange skewers on a baking sheet. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side,until scallops are tender. Sprinkle ham wrapped scallops with black pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
