Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) whipping cream
  • 2 oz (60g) Galliano liqueur
  • 4 cups (1L) French roast coffee

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl,combine whipping cream and Galliano liqueur. Mix until firm and set aside

Step 2

Pour French roast coffee into 4,heat-proof wine glasses. Top with liqueur mixture.
