Kiwi cream liqueur. Whiskey based alcoholic mixed drink.An excellent choice for hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium-size kiwifruit peeled,sliced
  • 1½ cups (370 ml) whiskey
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vodka
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole milk
  • green food coloring

Method

Step 1

Add sliced,peeled kiwi to spirits and blend in blender. Add milks and one drop of food coloring.

Step 2

Pulse stir for 1 minute(use the lowest speed on blender and turn on-off eight times). Add an additional drop of green food coloring or more,until mixture is a pleasing green color.
