Easy Oven Roasted Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds (720g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted unsalted butter
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Method

Step 1

In a small bowl combine together melted butter with garlic and lemon juice. Set aside.

Step 2

Preheat turbo oven to 400°F (205°C) Brush shrimp with butter mixture. Arrange on a top wire rack. Grill shrimp for 10-15 minutes.
