- 3 pounds (1.35 kg) fresh chicken wings,trimmed
- For Marinade:
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon hot chili oil
- 1 large clove garlic,finely chopped
Combine together soy sauce,vegetable oil,chili oil and garlic in large mixing bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover mixing bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Drain marinade from chicken wings. Arrange chicken wings directly on grilling racks,half on the higher rack,and another half on the lower rack. Bake chicken wings for 10 minutes at 450°F (230°C).
After 10 minutes,reduce heat to 390°F (200°C) . Cook another 10 minutes. Remove oven grilled spicy chicken wings from high rack. Continue cooking chicken wings on low rack for 10 more minutes.
