Oven roasted chicken legs. Marinated boneless chicken legs baked in a halogen (turbo) oven.
Oven Roasted Chicken Legs
Ingredients
- 3 chicken legs,boned
- 1 lemon,sliced
- 2 chili peppers,shredded
- 1 ginger,sliced into 4 pieces and shredded
- 1 stalk green onion,shredded
- For Sauce:
- 1 cup (250 ml) soy sauce
- sugar to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Combine together chili,ginger and green onion. Mix with sauce ingredients. Marinate chicken legs for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cut some openings on the chicken legs so that the flavor may go in. Roast the chicken legs in turbo oven at 400Β°F(204Β°C) for 15-20 minutes. Slice the oven roasted chicken legs and decorate with few slice of lemon. Sprinkle oven roasted chicken legs with some lemon juice before serving.
