- 1 whole turkey 8 pounds(4 kg)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) melted butter
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Wash well turkey,pat dry. Remove and discard organs and fat. Set turkey aside.
Preheat turbo oven to 460°F(240°C). Arrange turkey directly on wire rack. Cook for 2½ hours.
Bast turkey at 20 minutes intervals with melted butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. If turkey becomes to brown,cover with foil secured with toothpicks. Serve oven roasted turkey with fresh vegetables.
