    Slow Cooker Low-Carb Zucchini Lasagna

Parma ham and mustard bruschetta. Sliced bread grilled in halogen (turbo) oven and served with Parma ham and tomatoes. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2-4 slices Italian Parma ham
  • 2-4 slices tomato
  • handful of rocket
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Method

Step 1

Arrange sliced bread on the grill rack of turbo oven. Set halogen oven temperature to 500 F (250 C). Bake for 4-5 minutes until golden.

Step 2

Remove toasted bread from halogen oven. Spread with Dijon mustard. Top with Parma ham,tomato and handful of rocket. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oi and serve immediately.
