Persimmon-banana smoothie. very easy and healthy dessert.
- 2 ripe persimmons,pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- 2 ripe bananas,peeled and sliced
- 2/3 oz (20 g) gelatin
- 3¹⁄³ oz (100 mL) boiling water
In a blender,combine persimmon and banana. Blend until smooth.
In a mixing bowl,combine gelatin,boiling water and honey. Mix well.
Add honey mixture to blender. Blend well all ingredients together.
Pour persimmon-banana smoothie into glasses. Serve cold.
