Persimmon-banana smoothie. very easy and healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe persimmons,pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey
  • 2 ripe bananas,peeled and sliced
  • 2/3 oz (20 g) gelatin
  • 3¹⁄³ oz (100 mL) boiling water

Method

Step 1

In a blender,combine persimmon and banana. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl,combine gelatin,boiling water and honey. Mix well.

Step 3

Add honey mixture to blender. Blend well all ingredients together.

Step 4

Pour persimmon-banana smoothie into glasses. Serve cold.
