  • 2 large skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) low-fat chicken broth
  • 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 2 celery ribs, chopped
  • 2 sage sprigs
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, peeled
  • 4 oz (120 g) egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Method

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker turned to the sauté mode. Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes, turning once. Pour in chicken broth, then add onion, carrots, salt, thyme, sage, and garlic.
