Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 cranks from a pepper grinder
- 4 russet potatoes,washed and unpeeled
- sea salt
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Step 2
Pat dry potatoes with paper towel. Place them on a large piece of aluminum foil. Cut small slices in the top of each potato. Brush potatoes with olive oil mixture and sprinkle with sea salt.
Step 3
Tightly wrap potatoes in aluminum foil. Place potatoes in slow cooker. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours.
Step 4
Remove baked potatoes from slow cooker. Stuff with creme sour,fried bacon. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Step 5
P.S. Stuffing is optional,so you can serve potatoes as is.
