Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g) new potatoes, halved
  • 2 pounds (960 g) boneless pork loin,trimmed and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

Step 1

Grease inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.

Step 2

Put potato halves in the cooker, and arrange pork cubes on top. Pour mustard over meat and stir well to combine.

Step 3

Cover the pot and cook on a low-heat setting for 8-9 hours. Sprinkle with black pepper, to taste. Serve hot.
