Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound (480 g) Italian sausages
  • 1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 28 oz (840 ml) can unsalted diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and cut into bite-size pieces

Method
