Slow Cooker Sriracha Peach Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1½ cups peach jelly or jam
Method
Step 1
Grease a 4-6-quart (4-6L) slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in the cooker.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine sriracha sauce, peach jam, and brown sugar. Stir well, then pour the mixture over chicken.
Step 3
Close the pot and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
