What are the benefits of these potatoes?

Potatoes are a root vegetable that is a staple in many diets. They contain important nutrients such as potassium, vitamin C, fiber, and various minerals. Potatoes are also a source of carbohydrates which can be found in many other foods as well.

All potatoes have the same amount of calories but their nutritional content may differ depending on how they are prepared. For example, a baked potato has less sugar and fat than french fries or chips.

Potatoes can be eaten with any meal or as a snack at any time of day! They come in all shapes and sizes which means that there is always something for everyone.

What other spices can be added to make these even spicier?

For those who love spicy food, there are many options to choose from. These can be personal additions or ones that can be added to recipes.

-Paprika: adds a beautiful color and a flavor for those who enjoy a milder spice.

-Cayenne peppers: offers a fiery spice with a little bit of heat.

-Jalapenos: is not as hot as cayenne peppers but packs enough punch for people who enjoy the spicier side of life.

-Garlic salt: this will not make things spicy but it will give your dish an irresistible flavor!
