Morning Mojito Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • handful of mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
  • 2 oz (60 ml) rum
  • splash of sparkling water

Method

Step 1

In a shaker, muddle mint leaves, sugar and lime juice. Add rum, and crushed ice.

Step 2

Shake well. Strain into cocktail glasses. Top with sparkling water. Serve immediately.
