Oven Baked Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled, sliced into wedges(each potato should make about 16 wedges)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Method
Step 1
Put sliced potatoes in a bowl. Toss with olive oil.
Step 2
Combine salt and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture over potato wedges.
Step 3
Arrange potatoes in turbo oven. Bake at 425 °F(220 °C) for 30-35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Step 4
Transfer oven baked potato wedges to large platter. Sprinkle with additional salt to taste.
