Acapulco Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1¼ oz (38 ml) rum
  • 1/4 oz(8 ml) Triple Sec
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 oz(15 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • white sugar, to taste
  • meant leaves for garnish

Method

Step 1

In a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients, except mint leaves.

Step 2

Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Step 3

Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
